Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping charges and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Orders are typically processed within 2 working business days. Delivery times may vary based on location but generally take 5-08 days for domestic orders and up to 3 weeks for international orders.

We offer PAN India free shipping for all the apparels however we charge ₹80 for all the orders that do not include apparels. 

In case of COD transactions, ₹150 will be applicable on all the orders.

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our support team as soon as possible for assistance or email us at the email id provided.

Apparels: :

Hand wash separately in cold water using mild detergent or a quick cycle machine wash. Indigo colors to be washed separately.

Avoid direct sunlight for drying to preserve colors

Do not bleach.

Expect slight variations, as they add to the handcrafted charm.

Laptop bags:Clean using mild soapy cloth on both the printed sides.. The PU leather (strap and back support) and inside of the laptop bag should not be washed or cleaned with soapy water or plain water

Mugs: Fragile Item to be handled with care. Clean using mild detergent and sponge. Do not scrub

Coasters: The top surface to be cleaned with moist cloth or cotton

No we do not offer customization services for individual orders however for bulk orders and special collaboration we are open for customization.
