All our products are meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans from rural India, making each piece truly unique. Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in weave, print, or stitching may occur. These should not be considered defects but rather a testament to the individuality and charm of the handcrafted products. Unlike machine-made goods, handcrafted items inherently reflect a beautiful, natural irregularity—this is the essence of handloom.
At Midautumn Rains, we take pride in the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchange or return options on all our products purchased PAN India.
Please note that the policies outlined below apply only to domestic orders placed online through our official website.
Returns
In case of returns, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with labels and tags intact, must be unused and unwashed, unsoiled without any stain or damages. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email our support team (midautumnrains@gmail.com) with your order details. A reverse pickup facility from your shipping address is available free of cost or at minimal charges based on location.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Post checking of the product, your refund will be processed.
For all the pre-paid orders, the refund amount would be credited to your original payment method and for COD orders, the refund amount would be transferred to the bank account details provided by the customers.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
The product can be exchanged if any sizing issue or defect occurs. For any defective product received, kindly click a picture and share with us on midautumnrains@gmail.com and we will guide you through the process.
Kindly note that we do not offer any return or exchange on international orders.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly check your bank account again. If it is still not showing, we advise you to kindly contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
